Listing & selling fees.

Selling fees
Listing on Juanu is 100% Free. However, when you list and sell your items on Juanu, we only charge 15% as commissionable selling fees on each sale. This commissionable selling fee is a percentage of the final value fee when your item sells.

Getting paid for sold items
When a buyer purchases one of your items on Juanu, how you get paid will depend on the payment methods you provide either cash, mobile money transfer, or direct bank deposit.

Pricing your items
Listing your items at the right price will help them sell quickly. We encourage you to look for similar products selling on Juanu to get an idea of how other sellers are charging or pricing.

Selling nationwide
Making your listings available across the country is easy and can help you grow your business by reaching more buyers from every part of the country nationwide.

Setting up payout methods
When you create a seller account, you’ll need to add a payout method to receive payouts for any item you sell on Juanu. You can choose direct Bank deposit or Mobile Money.

Cancel an order
Your vendor dashboard on our seller center summarizes all your monthly selling activity. It shows products you’ve sold, fulfilled and pending orders, as well as information on payouts.

Return for a refund
If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund. If you’ve changed your mind and want to return it, you can ask the seller if they’ll accept a return.

Creating a new listing
Creating a listing is the first step in getting your item in front of buyers. We have a range of tools and options to help make sure your listing ends in a sale.

Relisting your items
If an item you list on Juanu doesn’t sell, we can automatically relist it for you to ensure it is made available in front of the right buyers and potential customers.

Revise a listing
You can usually make changes to your Juanu listings, but there are some restrictions depending on what you want to change and when. There’s no fee to pay.

Return shipping for sellers
Who pays for return shipping — you or the buyer— depends on the reason they’re returning the item and you (the seller’s) return policy. And it’s that flexible.

Setup your return policy
To save time when managing return requests, you can set up rules to automatically accept returns or send immediate refunds. This can be easily set up from your Juanu Seller center. If you have a challenge setting it up, you can ask us to help.

Listing approvals
Whenever you list or edit an item on Juanu, it is manually checked to ensure it meets all our listing requirements. Be sure to list only items that are Consumer-friendly and are permitted to retail under Ghana law to avoid your products from getting rejected.

If you think your item has been rejected in error, we entreat you reach out to our team for a review.
